EFTA ra \u0111\u1eddi n\u0103m 1960 nh\u1eb1m th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i t\u1ef1 do v\u00e0 h\u1ed9i nh\u1eadp kinh t\u1ebf gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c n\u01b0\u1edbc th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean.
